FlexPractice is a platform for independent wellness practitioners and the clients who want to find them. We're based in Los Angeles, California. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us at hello@flexpractice.co.
We only collect information you give us directly. Here's what that looks like depending on how you use the platform:
If you're a client booking a session: We collect your name, phone number, the reason you're coming in, and any notes you choose to share. This information is passed directly to the practitioner you're booking with so they can confirm your appointment and prepare for your session. We don't store it beyond what's needed for that purpose.
If you're a practitioner joining the platform: We collect your name, specialty, city, email address, and optionally your website or Google Business Profile URL. This is used to set up your profile and get in touch with you about your listing.
In both cases your information is handled through our secure booking system and stored directly in our database. Booking requests are transmitted directly to the practitioner you're booking with so they can confirm your appointment and prepare for your session.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to build marketing profiles. We don't send unsolicited emails or texts beyond what's directly related to your booking or your practitioner profile.
FlexPractice products are ad-free. Your information exists to make your booking or your profile work — nothing else.
Mobile phone numbers collected through our booking forms are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message.
We use Google Maps on our homepage to show practitioner locations. Google Maps sets its own cookies when it loads — you can read more about how Google handles that data at policies.google.com/privacy.
We don't currently use Google Analytics or any other tracking or analytics tools beyond what Google Maps requires to function.
You can ask us to delete any information we hold about you at any time. Just email us at hello@flexpractice.co and we'll take care of it promptly. If you submitted a booking request and want the details removed, same process — one email and it's done.
If we make meaningful changes to how we handle your data we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We won't make changes that reduce your privacy without being upfront about it.
